The Discomfort of IBS Gas Pain

There are many reasons why an individual may experience flatulence or gas in their bowel or digestive system. Some of those reasons could be due to an individual's diet. For example, some foods like broccoli, cauliflower or dairy products may cause excessive gas. Often this condition can cause pain due to a buildup of gas and distention within the digestive system.

Additionally, an individual may be subject to gas pain due to a condition known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS. Therefore, if this condition is a possibility in an individual's bowel it is important to know a number of factors. Specifically, what is IBS and how to relieve IBS gas pain.

The normal function of the intestines is to absorb the nutrients from the food that is eaten and allow those nutrients to be transported throughout the body through the body’s bloodstream. Additionally, the remaining waste resulting from the ingestion of food is slowly and methodically expelled from the body. This action taken by the intestines to remove the waste from the body is called peristalsis.

Obviously, this peristalsis action is normal and is done in a regular and systematic manner. However, when the contractions or peristalsis occur in an irregular way or inconsistently, the resulting action is known as IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Therefore, when the peristalsis is inconsistent there is an adverse effect that is experienced by the individual. These symptoms of IBS include IBS gas pain, bloating and abdominal pain.

In addition, the level of pain for an individual suffering from IBS can range anywhere from moderate to severe pain. Subsequently, this pain can prevent an individual from living a normal life. Specifically, the resulting symptoms of IBS gas pain, bloating and abdominal pain can affect a person’s work habits, their ability to socialize and ultimately affect their quality of life.

There are many methods available for an individual who is experiencing IBS gas pain in their attempt to find IBS gas relief. Some of those methods of obtaining gas pain relief can include the use of homeopathic solutions or by utilizing prescription medication prescribed by one’s doctor.

Two specific homeopathic IBS gas pain relief methods include the use of heat and the ingestion of peppermint oil. If considering the remedy of heat, all the individual needs to do is apply the heat to the lower portion of their body in an attempt to reduce the spasms experienced by the intestinal track. Or, if an individual chooses to take peppermint oil, they can get the proper dosage of the peppermint oil in a capsule or drink a tea that contains the peppermint oil. The peppermint oil has demonstrated to be an effective anticonvulsant remedy for the spasmodic intestinal track.

Additionally, the individual may choose prescription medications. Two specific types of prescription medications that can be prescribed by a doctor include the use of an antidepressant or an anti-spasmodic medication.

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
